Cold Exposure with Kevin Connelly

Today's guest, Kevin Connelly, is a cold exposure and deep breathing practitioner and coach and he details how ice bath treatments helped him overcome depression and anxiety.
Kevin goes over how someone can get started with cold exposure, things to consider if you are starting and why the treatment is so effective at treating mental, physical, and even sexual performance.
Some quick tips that Kevin highlights if you are thinking about using cold exposure treatment:
- Aim to achieve a minimum of 10-12min of cold exposure per week
- Water temp should be between 2 - 5 deg Celsius
- Do it with a friend, it helps with accountability and bonding
- Document it! Share it with your social network and encourage others to try it.
